The Heart Center is searching for an advanced practice nurse for the Adult Congenital Heart Disease (ACHD) Team. This is a full-time day shift, exempt position caring for adolescent and adult patients born with congenital heart disease. Patients are seen in the main campus cardiology clinic and select outreach locations. This team provides consultative service to hospitalized adults with congenital heart disease and works with the ACHD team at OSU. The team provides outpatient heart failure management and supports the nursing triage phone line. Cardiology experience preferred.
