They foster effective communication among health care professionals and serves as a liaison to various community organizations and corporations. The Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation Coordinator collaborates with the Pulmonary medicine team, the Cardiac medicine team, the Clinical Therapies Department, and other administrators of affiliated departments in the development, implementation, and evaluation of all program components. |   | The Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation Coordinator is responsible for the operational management of the program which will include patient recruitment, scheduling of the needed physical testing, development of written individualized care plans with projected outcomes/goals, service co-ordination, payor approval and financial management. The Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that the program meets all the certification requirements for Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation Program Certification. The Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation Coordinator manages all pertinent clinical educational programs, patient interventions, budget items, data collection, evaluations and personnel matters to accomplish the program's goals and objectives. The Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation Coordinator explores and secures alternative funding sources and serves as a liaison to various community organizations and corporations.
