The Senior Compensation & HRIS Analyst performs a variety of tasks in the administration of Nationwide Children’s Hospital (NCH) compensation programs and supporting compensation and benefits related HRIS functions. The Sr Analyst assists with system implementations, problem resolution, auditing, data analysis, and administration of HRIS (WorkDay) system. This is a hybrid role.

Education Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, required.
Skills:
• Strong interpersonal skills, required.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and strong analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• High level of professionalism with the ability to maintain sensitive and confidential information.
Experience:
Three years minimum of human resources or compensation experience, preferably in a health care setting.
