Receiving Clerk/ MT- Hilliard Lab
Unloads and inspects delivered goods, signs for and enters computer receipts, prints appropriate delivery documents, communicates delivery requirements and problem situations, maintains records, processes returns, identifies, researches and resolves receiving problems, and tracks packages.
Schedule: (Full time, Non-Exempt Monday - Friday 7am - 3:30pm with some short notice overtime.

• Unloads delivery trucks, secures receiving dock, testifies to the freight received, and documents discrepancies. Inspects package contents, reviews bill for accuracy and refuses items with obvious damage, and reviews overstock, shortages, or damage.
• Stages non-stock deliveries in designated locations for delivery, may deliver packages as needed, obtains appropriate signatures, and adjusts records accordingly.
• Prints packing slip and attaches them to all stock packages, stages product for put away, puts away stock as needed, rotates inventory, cycle counts inventory, and processes returns.
• Processes priority and rush shipments, communicates delivery requirements, processes returns, communicates receiving errors, assists in the resolution of discrepancies, and reports all none resolved discrepancies.
• Assists in managing traffic flows in and out of the receiving dock area, notifies coordinator and security when vehicles block or hinder traffic flow.
• Maintains all transporting vehicles used to move supplies, sorts and stages letters and small packages for transporting, and receives all packages requiring processing and routing.
