Home Visitor - Help Me Grow Home Visiting Program
The Home Visitor provides general child and family advocacy, interventions, counseling support and prevention services to individuals at The Center For Family Safety and Healing. The Home Visitor works under the supervision of an independently licensed supervisor when relevant, within the scope of their training or licensure, and consistent with hospital policies. The Home Visitor upholds the fundamental principles and expectations defined in the agency partnership memorandum of understanding, and are accountable for maintaining productive partner relationships.
