    We are seeking a President - The Center For Family Safety and Healing:  Develops and maintains community partnerships and relationships to advance the Center’s mission.   Works closely with the Center’s Board to maintain and implement Center’s strategic plan.  The President oversees all Center operations, including patient care, research, community education, prevention and advocacy.  This position reports jointly to Nationwide Children's Hospital COO and the TCFSH Board Chair

    What Will You Be Doing?


    • Develop, implement, and evaluate the organization’s mission, goals, and objectives.  Responsible for developing the philosophy and strategic plan for TCFSH
    • Promotes the organization to the community. Recommends and enacts marketing strategies for organizational or professional enhancement. 
    • Manage executive council and contracts for multiple entities including co-located TCFSH partners, including but not limited to: CHOICES for Victims of Domestic Violence, Columbus Division of Police



    What Are We Looking For?       

    To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess these minimum qualifications and experience:

    • A level of knowledge equivalent to that obtained by completing a master’s degree program in hospital administration, business administration, or closely related field.
    • 7 – 10 years successful leadership experience in a complex setting.
    • Previous experience in human services
    • Strong analytical ability
