    We are seeking a Systems Analyst II to support our Institute for Genomic Medicine department!


    The Systems Analyst is responsible for analyzing business needs, defining requirements, developing solutions, implementing systems, and managing and supporting installed applications in support of assigned Information Systems areas and customers. The Systems Analyst serves as a customer liaison for assigned business areas to assist customers with all areas of IS support.

    What Will You Be Doing?

    • Vendor management
      • Coordinate new installations and manage support issues
      • Ability to push back on vendors to help support the systems they provided
    • Coordinate all equipment installs and downtimes
    • Documentation
      • Create system diagrams and knowledge
      • Obtain install guide user manual etc. from vendor
    • Hold weekly meeting to track items and update customers on progress.
    • Perform technical tasks:
      • Networking
      • User permissions
      • Drive mapping
      • Troubleshooting
    • Manually patch certain workstations each month and track environment to ensure all devices on exclusion list are being patched and scanned
    • Other duties as assigned.


    What Are We Looking For?


    To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess these minimum qualifications and experience:

    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
    • 3+ years' experience as a Systems Analyst
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    • Detail oriented and highly organized
    • Experience working with lab/hospital equipment
