    We are seeking an IS Applications Business Analyst for our Web and Mobile Development team!


    The IS Applications Business Analyst will be responsible for the requirements, analysis, design and test phases of the Web and Mobile Application Development team’s projects.  The Business Analyst works autonomously with business owners of applications to design, build, implement and support their applications for their critical business workflows.  The Business Analyst is proficient in listening, communicating and deciphering requirements on designated projects.

    What Will You Be Doing?

    • Completing systems analysis, design and requirements gathering
    • Working with developers to implement the designed solutions
    • Quality assurance of designed applications
    • Working in a scrum environment with 2-week sprints
    • Communicating with business owners on new enhancement requests
    • Providing trouble-shooting and end user support as necessary



    What Are We Looking For?


    To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess these minimum qualifications and experience:

    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
    • 2+ years' experience as a Business Analyst
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    Advantageous capabilities and distinctions:

    • Experience in an Agile software development environment
