    We are seeking a Workforce Development Coordinator - This position works within the Healthy Neighborhoods Healthy Families (HNHF) initiative.  In this role - working to link healthcare workforce training, affordable housing and family services to families in Columbus.

    Responsibilities

    What Will You Be Doing?

    • Work with families within HNHF to provide career coaching
    • Provide overall project management; including implementation and facilitation
    • Conduct and maintain inventory of workforce training offerings for healthcare skilled positions to develop career pathway opportunities.
    • Develop effective relationships with internal and external partners

    Qualifications

    What Are We Looking For?

    To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess these minimum qualifications and experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree
    • 5 + year experience workforce development, project management, and/or case management. Experience serving at-risk populations preferred
    • 5 years’ experience working/volunteering with demographically diverse communities
    • Strong communication skills – across a diverse audience
