    Part time Exempt    Main Campus Mon-Fri    20 hours

     

    We are seeking a Service Line Administrator in Pulmonary   this is a PART TIME position.   The Service Line Administrator would work collaboratively with the Section Chief and the Clinical staff to coordinate, plan and development all activities and programs including; physician practice/scheduling, billing and operations management.

    What Will You Be Doing?

    • Working closely with the Section Chief, administrators, and Planning and Business Development to develop and  implement plans for the successful growth of the service lines
    • Assists the Chief in establishing annual performance metrics for the service line including research, clinical, financial, service, and similar metrics.
    • Supervises 8 administrative staff

    Qualifications

    What Are We Looking For?

               

    To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess these minimum qualifications and experience:

     

    • Requires a level of knowledge equivalent to what is typically obtained by completing a master’s degree program in hospital administration, business administration or closely related field
    • 3 + year experience with health care operations preferred
    • Previous management or leadership experience in a complex setting preferred
    • Strong interpersonal skills – ability to interact effectively with patients, families, physicians, and other hospital department personnel.
